B1. Strict pull up @ 30X1: amrap; rest 90sec x3 sets
B2. Hollow rock 30sec; rest 90sec x3 sets
C1. 35 unbroken push up burpees

    BS – 110-110-110-130(f)-120-110
    Pull up – 5-6-6
    Hollow Rock – started to loose my form on the last set so I did some curl up ball rocking instead
    Burpees – I took these slow and steady and was fine to get them all out, i was feeling it in the pushup though!

    BS – 140 for all 5 sets (not 90% of 1rm but find it hard to get legs warmed up enough to go heavy at that time in the morning and get necessary depth).

    Pull Up – 5-5-3

    Hollow Rock – RWD

    Burpees – got through to 20 reps (most I have done by far!)and had breath break and then finished off set.

    This morning:
    Back squat – 75, 80, 80, 80, 80

    Chin ups – 6, 7, 5

    Hollow rocks – as Rxd

    Burpees – unbroken as Rxd

    I died…

    Back squat – 80, 90, 100…spew

    Chin ups – 7, 6, 7

    Hollow rocks – trying to get the technique dialled.

    Burpees – worked on my hanging front squat…

    Still cooked after the wkd so rolling thru the next few days @ 50-60% volume..

    Bach squat 100-100-100 (very slow out of the hole)
    Pull ups 10-9
    Hollow rocks 2x 30 sec
    Burpees 20
