B32 Intensive Personal Training is for folks who want individualised training with the support of their own coach to help them achieve their goals. Personalised 1:1 or semi-private training sessions at the B32 facility.

  • Training sessions specifically designed for you, done at the B32 facility in the presence of your own coach to help motivate and drive you toward achieving your goals
  • May include weekly program design
  • 15% discount on our new client starter package

Using a detailed structural balance assessment, functional movement screening and dovetailing with our integrative health assessments, your unique needs are assessed to allow the individualisation of training and nutritional protocols to support development and help you achieve your goals – be they health or performance related.
